“ Wave Bistro never disappoints! We came for dinner after seeing Captain America. We ordered the shrimp with firecracker sauce and two salmon fried rice dishes. The complim rolls were the cherry on top! James was our server and always, he was phenomenal. Wave Bistro is a hidden gem with great vibes, amazing food and customer service!!! ”

“ My husband and I came in for a date night on a Saturday night. It was busy, but we were sat immediately. I ordered the hurrican drink which was really sweet, not my favorite. However, I got the chicken teriyaki, and it was absolutely fantastic! Seasoned well, hearty vegetables, and rice cooked to perfection. We also had night appetizers. We enjoyed a little conversation with our server, and paid the bill promptly. We really enjoy this spot when we have the chance to attend. ”

“ The food was good and the staff was nice. But my favorite part was the rolls, they where the best I have ever had I my entire life, and mixed with the butter is a recipe for heaven. But enough about the rolls the over all decoration was good to the ambiance really makes you feel like your are in a local shop in Japan. Had a great time would totally go again five stars. ”
“ Shhhhhhh!!!!! This place has the best salmon on the planet. They call it the Almond Crusted Salmon! It was the first thing I ever ordered at Wave and it's the last thing I'll ever eat at Wave. I was lucky enough to visit with the chef and was told it utilizes 3 separate cooking methods for 1 order of Salmon. Regardless, let me tell you, it's out of this world good. First of all, It's a giant slab of salmon. Thick cut and the fillet takes up some serious real estate on top of a bed of rice. It has just the right amount of teriyaki sauce that gets drizzled on top to provide some sweet salty flavors. The salmon comes out piping hot and is cooked to perfection- I love every bit of it. 10/10 for me ”
“ Beautiful dining room, makes you feel like you're dining in a fancy restaurant. The food is excellent. Loved both the Seafood Gumbo and Chicken with Hoisin Sauce, Chicken Pad Thai good too. Server knowledgeable and friendly and very attentive. Our family go to place. Thanks! ”
“ Top favorite date night dinner is here! I feel it's a hidden gem because it's never crowded or maybe it's a few dollars more expensive than other restaurants, but so worth it! We also come early-around 5:30, so maybe it gets busier later? They have a nice drink menu to start- Lychee Martini & Mai Tai are refreshing or Syrah Cline wine is nice. I recommend the Wonton Soup that's served in a nice big bowl you could share or Fire Cracker Shrimp Roll-dipping sauce is yummy! My new favorite dish is Combo Seafood in black bean sauce. Everything is cooked to perfection. It's a Seafood lover's delight. Service is always amazing, friendly & attentive. Great quality food that's cooked perfectly! ”
